UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Holds The 131st Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony

Auditorium Harun Nasution, Berita UIN Online - Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta held the 131st Undergraduate Graduation Open Senate Session which lasted for two days on February 24-25 at Harun Nasution Auditorium. A total of 1460 graduates from various faculties and study programs at UIN Jakarta were officially inaugurated in the event.

The inauguration of the graduates was carried out based on the Decree of the Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Number 213 of 2024 concerning Participants and Best Participants of the 131st Graduation of Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral Programs for the Academic Year 2023/2024.

Data from the Academic Section of the Academic Administration, Student Affairs, and Cooperation Bureau (AAKK Bureau) shows that on the first day of graduation, February 24, a total of 1,060 graduates were inaugurated. 

In details, the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan Sciences will inaugurate 350 prospective graduates, followed by the Faculty of Sharia and Law with 154, the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah 17, the Faculty of Psychology with 27, the Faculty of Economics and Business 174, and the Graduate School with 21 prospective graduates.

While on the second day, February 25, as many as 407 graduates will be inaugurated. Faculties that inaugurate on the second day include Faculty of Adab and Humanities with 184 prospective graduates, Faculty of Ushuluddin with 107 prospective graduates, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences with 180 prospective graduates, Faculty of Science and Technology with 147 prospective graduates, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences with 57 prospective graduates, and Faculty of Health Sciences with 37 prospective graduates.

In his speech, the Rector congratulated all graduates on their graduation. He also expressed his hope that the graduates can devote the knowledge they have gained to the progress of the nation and society.

The event was also attended by lecturers, graduates' families, and other invited guests. This 131st Bachelor Graduation is an important momentum for UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in producing graduates who are ready to compete and contribute to the development of Indonesia.
