UIN-QU Qurban Report Update 1446 H/2025 M
Jakarta, UIN Online News – In an effort to support and expand its humanitarian mission for underprivileged communities, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, along with its Social Trust Fund (STF) and IKALUIN Jakarta alumni association, has synergized to maximize the potential of the Qurban momentum. Their goal is to make it high-impact in terms of management, distribution, and leveraging this occasion for UIN Jakarta to actively participate in Indonesia's philanthropy movement.
The theme for this year's Qurban activity in 1446 H is: "UIN-QU: United in Qurban Blessings, Together in Humanity."
A. Slaughtering and Distribution
- Total sacrificial animals: 16 (12 cows and 4 goats)
- 8 cows for conventional Qurban
- 4 cows for canned Qurban
- 4 goats for conventional Qurban
- Sources of animals:
- 3 cows from UIN contributions and 5 cows from partners
- 1 cow from Prof. Abdul Mu'ti (Indonesian Minister of Primary and Secondary Education)
- 1 cow from Dr. Ace Hasan Syadzily (BPKH)
- 1 goat from a UIN lecturer and 3 goats from partners
- Slaughtering locations:
- 7 cows and 4 goats slaughtered at RPH Ibrahim
- 1 cow slaughtered in Cikuya
- 4 cows slaughtered at RPH Mitra Tani Kaleng (for canned Qurban)
B. Qurban Meat Distribution Ceremony
- Ceremony: Monday, June 9, 2025, at 9 AM, in the Student Center (SC) Hall, Campus 1, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta
- Slaughtering and distribution in Cikuya: Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 10 AM
- Slaughtering at Mitra Tani Farm for canned Qurban: Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 1 PM
C. Number of Sacrificers and Partners
- Total sacrificers: 47 individuals (from UIN academic community)
- Total partners: 9 partners, including:
- Prof. Abdul Mu'ti (Indonesian Minister of Primary and Secondary Education)
- Dr. Ace Hasan Syadzily (BPKH)
- PT Telkom Tbk
- PT DMH
- Eduversal Foundation
- Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
- Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)

D. Qurban Meat Distribution:
- Conventional Qurban Meat: 1,102 packages
- Canned Qurban Meat: 1,400 cans
- Distribution recipients: UIN employees, students, residents around Campus 1, Sawangan Campus, Cikuya, (canned Qurban distributed to) student KKN (Community Service) areas, and for disaster relief.
