Jakarta, UIN Online News — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has officially opened admissions for the 2026 academic year, welcoming prospective students who aspire to pursue excellence in economics and business through a curriculum that combines academic rigor, Islamic ethical values, and Indonesia’s inclusive and moderate identity.

Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si., Ak., CA., emphasized that one of the greatest challenges facing Indonesia’s Muslim scholars today is bringing the country's distinctive Islamic intellectual tradition to the global stage. He believes Islamic universities, particularly UIN Jakarta, should serve as the avant-garde in promoting a vision of Islam that is moderate, inclusive, and committed to advancing civilization.

With more than 200 million Muslims and a rich intellectual heritage spanning renowned scholars such as Imam Nawawi al-Bantani, Mahfudz al-Tirmisi, Mohammad Hatta, Nurcholish Madjid, and Abdurrahman Wahid, Indonesia possesses strong foundations for shaping the future of the global Islamic economy.
For the 2026 admissions cycle, FEB offers degree programs at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels, designed to meet the evolving needs of academia, industry, and research.
