UIN Jakarta Strengthens Global Image at Indonesia International Education and Training Expo 2026
Jakarta Convention Center, UIN News Online — UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is actively participating in the prestigious Indonesia International Education and Training Expo (IIETE) 2026, held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Senayan, Central Jakarta, from 12–15 February 2026. The university’s participation reflects its commitment to expanding access to quality Islamic higher education for the wider public.
The annual exhibition brings together hundreds of participants, including public and private universities, training institutions, and international higher education providers from Asia and Europe, making it one of the largest education fairs in Indonesia.
Strategic Booth and Information Services
UIN Jakarta is located at Booth Hall A55, where its Public Relations team provides comprehensive information on study programs, academic facilities, scholarship opportunities, and student admission pathways.
Visitors can also receive direct consultation regarding faculty options and admission schemes for the 2026 academic year.
The UIN Jakarta booth attracted strong public interest, with more than 500 visitors recorded within the first two days of the exhibition. Most visitors were high school students (SMA/SMK/MA), teachers, and parents seeking guidance on higher education options.
One visitor, Altaf Yazid Tahmadin, a student from SMA IT Bekasi, shared that he visited the booth to explore study program options due to the wide range of universities available in Indonesia.
“I am still confused about choosing a major because there are so many universities in Indonesia. So I came here to explore programs that I might be interested in,” he said.
He also expressed curiosity about UIN Jakarta’s academic offerings, adding:
“I am interested in learning more about the faculties available at UIN Jakarta.”
Through its participation in IIETE 2026, UIN Jakarta invites prospective students, parents, and teachers who have not yet visited the booth to take the opportunity before the exhibition concludes.
