UIN Jakarta Sends KKN Internasional Participants to 4 Countries
Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta, through the Center for Community Service (PPM) sent 23 students to carry out KKN Internasional (International Community Service Program) to 4 countries. Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis hopes that the participating students can carry out this activity as well as possible.
The Release Ceremony was held in the Main Meeting Room and led by Rector Amany, witnessed by the Head of PPM UIN Jakarta Kamarusdiana and Coordinator of PPM Deden Mauli Darajat on Wednesday (07/13/2022).
Rector in her remarks asked the students participating in the International Community Service Program to carry out the social service program as well as possible. She also asked students to learn about social interactions at the service location.
“I hope all of you can also take care of yourself, and keep the good name of our beloved alma mater,” said Rector.
On the same occasion, the Head of PPM UIN Jakarta Kamarusdiana said this year's International Community Service Program was conducted by sending participants to four countries, namely Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Japan. The details are Malaysia with 12 participants, Saudi Arabia with one participant, South Korea with six participants, and Japan with four participants.
Furthermore, Kamarusdiana added, the total number of students participating in the KKN itself reached 4717, an increase from 4500 participants last year. Apart from KKN Internasional, most of them are included in the KKN Mandiri program.
For information, KKN Internasional is one of the KKN programs offered by PPM UIN Jakarta this year and will run until the end of August. (zm/usa)
