UIN Jakarta rotates two of its officials

Diorama Room, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta rotates two of its officials, the Head of Administrative Unit, Faculty of Adab and Humanities Feni Arifiani and the Head of Academic Division Rasiin, swap their positions. The rotation is expected to provide refreshment and performance improvement in the UIN Jakarta environment.

The rotation of the two officials was officially carried out through an inauguration ceremony, led by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Professor Amany Lubis at the Diorama Room, Campus I of UIN Jakarta, Wednesday (02/02/2022).

“Rotation and mutation are common in order to improve the quality of work performance in UIN Jakarta,” said Rector Amany.

The Chancellor said that both Feni and Rasi'in were two officials with rich work experience. So that both are expected to be able to accelerate the various targets that have been set previously.

For the new Academic Division Head, continued Amany, there are a number of tasks that must be considered. Among them are preparing for AIPT and preparing for the transformation of UIN Jakarta into PTN Legal Entities.

Likewise, the new Head of the Administrative Section of the faculty, she continued, bears a big responsibility. Among them are ensuring the lecture process during the pandemic continues to run smoothly and encouraging students to study and graduate on time.

Furthermore, Rector Amany also hopes that leaders, educators, and education staff in various faculties and units at UIN Jakarta will continue synergize. According to Amany, synergy is a strong asset in achieving the institution's targets. (zm/usa)
