UIN Jakarta receives three land certificates
Serang, UIN News Online – The Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis receives three UIN Jakarta’s land certificates from the Idonesian Minister for Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Sofyan Djalil, Thursday (01/16/2020) at the Plaza Aspirasi, Serang, Banten.
Sofyan in his remarks said that thecertificates are legal documents proving our rights to land ownership. He also suggested that the certified land should be used properly.
Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis said that the certificate was proof of the legality of UIN Jakarta's ownership of three lands in different locations. Among them, the land that has now become the low-cost rental apartments(Rusunawa) of UIN Jakarta, one plot of land now occupied by the Ciputat Metro Sector Police Office, and one plot of land on Jalan Ciputat Raya.
Amany also added, in addition to successfully returning state-owned assets, land that had been certified would later be used for the academic development of UIN Jakarta.
“In addition to the faculty building, the land will be used as a building site for Rusunawa, laboratories, or business units which are expected to support campus academic program funding,” said Rector. (usa/zm)
