UIN Jakarta PMB Team Successfully Attract SMAN 28 Tangerang Students Interest in Higher Education

Tangerang, UIN News Online - The information team of new student admission (PMB) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta are continously spreading the information related to new students admission program 2025. They are targeting high school students, madrasah (Islamic School), and pesantren (Islamic boarding school) students. One of them, which has been succesfully conducted, was a seminar at SMAN 28 Tangerang Regency on Tuesday (14/1/2025).

Public Relations Coordinator of PMB UIN Jakarta 2025, Zaenal Muttaqin M.A. in his statement said that this seminar was carried out to introduce various new student admission pathways in 2025 for high school students. Not only that, this also allows them to learn more about various faculties and study programs, tuition fees, and learning support facilities at UIN Jakarta.

At SMAN 28 Tangerang, the team presented various pathways of UIN Jakarta's PMB in 2025. They provided detailed information regarding the selection paths namely: National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP), National Selection Based on Test (SNBT), National Academic Achievement Selection (SPAN PTKIN), UM-PTKIN Entrance Exam, and SPMB Mandiri. The team also introduced the faculties and study programs, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities at UIN Jakarta.

"Through this activity, we hope that SMAN 28 Tangerang students will get a comprehensive information and can prepare themselves optimally. I hope that they will become the part of UIN Jakarta in the future," he said.

"Our campus not only offers top-quality education, but also prioritizes the integration of science and Islamic values," he added.

The students themselves was listening to the information, which delivered by the team, with great enthusiasm. This can be seen from the many information was asked such as: the capacity of study programs, selection mechanisms, as well as campus facilities (modern libraries and laboratories).

Some students also showed great interest in the excellent programs and student activities that support the development of their soft skills.

The principal of SMAN 28 Tangerang, Umi Indayati, M.Pd., warmly welcomed this socialization activity and expressed her appreciation to UIN Jakarta. “We really appreciate the presence of PMB UIN Jakarta team. The information they have provided is very useful for our students in determining their choice of higher education. I hope that more of SMAN 28 graduates can pursue their studies at UIN Jakarta,” she said.

Accroding to Zaenal Muttaqin M.A as The Public Relations Coordinator of PMB UIN Jakarta, his team will continue to carry out this kind of activity in various high schools across Jakarta and its surrounding areas. This action is expected to attract the best students who are ready to continue their education at UIN Jakarta and contribute to the wider society.
