UIN Jakarta Opens Rakerpim 2026, Rector Appreciates Collective Support and Institutional Achievements
Jakarta, UIN News Online — Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., expressed appreciation and gratitude to the entire academic community for their collective support and collaboration that have contributed to a range of strategic achievements over the past year.
The statement was delivered during the opening of the UIN Jakarta Leadership Work Meeting (Rakerpim) 2026, held in Jakarta on Friday (13/02/2026).
The Rector emphasized that the university’s achievements are the result of collective work across all units, rather than individual efforts.
“Until today, the achievements of UIN Jakarta would not have been possible without the support of all of us. These are the results of our collective work,” he said.
Integration of Institutional Assets
One of the key milestones highlighted by the Rector was the successful reintegration of the management of educational institutions and the university hospital under UIN Jakarta’s direct control. According to him, this step represents an important milestone in ensuring institutional assets are managed more effectively and productively.
He noted that the process required significant effort and involved complex institutional dynamics, but was ultimately resolved through rational and measurable approaches supported by collective commitment.
Academic Quality and International Recognition
The Rector also underscored improvements in academic quality, particularly the achievement of Excellent accreditation and international accreditation across several study programs. Strengthening specialized academic programs was also highlighted as part of the university’s strategy to enhance institutional differentiation and competitiveness.
He added that the ability of the institution to identify challenges and address them collectively reflects organizational maturity and a strong institutional culture within UIN Jakarta.
Appreciation for Strategic Partners
On the same occasion, the Rector also extended appreciation to institutional partners and sponsors who have supported various university programs, including the organization of Rakerpim 2026.
The supporting partners include the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), Bank BJB Ciputat Branch, Bank BJB Syariah Ciputat, Bank Mandiri Ciputat Branch, and Bank BNI Ciputat Branch.
“We appreciate all partners who have contributed and worked alongside UIN Jakarta. Their support plays an important role in strengthening the institution and accelerating the achievement of strategic targets,” he stated.
Strengthening Collaboration for Future Development
Closing his remarks, the Rector called on all university leaders and academic members to maintain a strong spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility in advancing the university’s development agenda.
He emphasized that strong internal cohesion and sustained external partnerships are essential for strengthening UIN Jakarta’s position as a leading and reputable Islamic higher education institution, both nationally and internationally.
