UIN Jakarta Officially Opens EXPOSE 2025, Inviting Prospective Students to a Leading State Islamic University

Student Center Hall, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta successfully hosted EXPOSE 2025, an annual event aimed at introducing its diverse and highly accredited study programs to prospective students. The event, held on Thursday (06/02/2025), was attended by high school students, principals, parents, faculty representatives, and lecturers.

EXPOSE 2025 provided prospective students with detailed insights into UIN Jakarta’s academic offerings, highlighting the university’s commitment to integrating Islamic studies with modern sciences. The event showcased various faculties, study programs, and campus facilities, giving students and parents the opportunity to explore the benefits and opportunities of pursuing higher education at UIN Jakarta.

In his opening speech, Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof.  Asep Saepudin Jahar, Ph.D., emphasized the university’s journey of transformation from State Islamic Institute (IAIN) to a leading State Islamic University (UIN). He highlighted UIN Jakarta’s growth and development, positioning it as an institution that offers top-quality education across science, religion, and education disciplines.

“From IAIN to UIN, we have come a long way. Today, UIN Jakarta stands as a university with outstanding study programs, highly qualified lecturers, and excellent facilities, ensuring that our students develop their competencies to the fullest,” he stated.

Asep also addressed the importance of collaboration between students and parents in supporting academic success. He reaffirmed that education is a valuable investment that goes beyond gaining knowledge—it also shapes high-quality human resources for the future.

“Your success is not solely determined by knowledge but also by the character and personality you develop during your studies. At UIN Jakarta, we are committed to nurturing graduates who excel in both religious and scientific knowledge,” he added.

The event attracted enthusiastic participation from prospective students, parents, teachers, and school principals, all eager to gain deeper insights into UIN Jakarta’s academic pathways and admission process.

Before officially opening the event, the Rector warmly welcomed all participants, expressing his hope that EXPOSE 2025 would help students make well-informed decisions about their future education.

“Welcome to UIN Jakarta. The best choice for your future is right in front of you. I officially open EXPOSE 2025, and I hope all prospective students here today will gain valuable information and find their academic home at UIN Jakarta,” he concluded.

EXPOSE 2025 was organized by the Information and Public Relations Center (PIH) in collaboration with various faculties, Student Activity Units (UKM), and institutional partners. The event is expected to provide comprehensive insights into UIN Jakarta’s academic excellence and student life, helping prospective students navigate their journey toward higher education.
