UIN Jakarta offers community service research grants
Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta, through the center for community service (PPM) of the institute for research and community service (LP2M) UIN Jakarta offers community service research grants for the 2021 fiscal year.
The official release of PPM UIN Jakarta accessed by BERITA UIN Online, Sunday (08/01/2021) stated that PPM provides opportunities for lecturers in various faculties to participate in community service research. The total research quota funded by research grants from the 2021 BOPTN budget is provided for six projects.
“As a series of BOPTN Community Service activities in 2021, it is hereby informed that the Center for Community Service of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has opened registration for Community Service Assistance with BOPTN funds for the 2021 fiscal yea,” said the head of PPM UIN Jakarta Kamarusdiana.
The six research grants offered are divided into two research clusters. Both of them are Study Program-Based Community Service Assistance and Community Service Capacity Building.
The Study Program-Based Community Service Assistance Grant itself has a quota of five activities with a maximum grant value of IDR 50 million. Meanwhile, the Community Service Capacity Building consists of one activity with a grant value of IDR 8 million.
The registration period starts from Monday 2 August to Sunday 8 August 2021. Interested lecturers can submit their research through the Indonesian Ministry of Religion Affair's Liptadimas Diktis website (https://litapdimas.kemenag.go.id/).
Meanwhile, the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis hopes that the lecturers who receive the research grant can conduct more optimal research. According to him, the research topic can be adjusted to the social problems of the community affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition to having an impact on the health sector, she explained, the Covid-19 pandemic also brought many impacts on the social, economic and religious life of the community.
