UIN Jakarta Offers 24 Study Programs for SNMPTN

Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta along with another 75 State Universities (PTN) in Indonesia started their admission process through National Selection State University (SNMPTN) starting from today, (2/21).

Sub-division head of Publication and Documentation Feni Arifiani MH to UIN News Online in rectorate building, Tuesday, (2/21) said that UIN Jakarta only offers 24 study programs, 13 for Science (IPA) and 11 for Social Science (IPS).

Feni also explained that the SNMPTN registration processes need to be done online through web.snmptn.ac.id. Each student can only do one-time registration, so they need to be more careful when choosing study programs and their desirable state universities.

“Please make sure that the selected courses must be in accordance with the students major,” he said.

Study programs that offered by UIN Jakarta for Science (IPA) groups are Biology, Mathematics, Pharmacy, Physics, Chemistry, Nursing, Public Health, Medical Education, Chemistry Education, Mathematics Education, Information Systems, Agribusiness, and Informatics Engineering. As for the Social Science (IPS) groups are Accounting, English Language and Literature, Economics and Development Studies, International Relations, Law, Library Science, Political Science, Social Welfare, Management, Psychology, and Sociology.

For information, the admission process for SNMPTN 2017 are follows, data filling and PDSS verification on January 14-February 12, SNMPTN registration on February 21-March 6, SNMPTN participant identification card printing process on March 14-April 14, selection process on March 14-April 14, and the result will be announced on April 27, 2017.

If the students passed the selection test, they must perform the re-registration process in each state university on May 16, 2017 along with SBMPTN 2017 written test. (usa)
