UIN Jakarta Holds Meeting with Prospective Investor from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Rectorate Building, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta held an important meeting with a mediator for a prospective investor from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Friday, June 21, 2024. The meeting, which took place in the Main Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Rectorate Building, started at 8:30 AM and ended at 10:00 AM WIB.

During this meeting, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta also received a special visit from Mr. Faizal, who acted as the mediator for the prospective investor from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Vice-Rector for Cooperation at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Din Wahid, M.A., Ph.D., delivered an enthusiastic opening speech, emphasizing the importance of international collaboration in developing higher education institutions. "We sincerely hope that this cooperation will open new opportunities and strengthen the relationship between UIN Jakarta and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This synergy is expected to improve the quality of education and healthcare services at our university," he said.

Mr. Faizal, as the mediator for the prospective investor, also shared his views on the potential of this collaboration. He emphasized the importance of investment in the education and healthcare sectors and conveyed the commitment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support the development of these sectors at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

The meeting was filled with constructive discussions on various investment and collaboration opportunities. Participants had the opportunity to present the plans and needs of their respective faculties and related institutions, as well as to listen to feedback and suggestions from the mediator.

With the conclusion of this meeting, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta hopes to establish a beneficial strategic partnership, not only for the university but also for improving the quality of education and healthcare services in Indonesia.
