UIN Jakarta holds e-SMS socialization

Diorama Room, UIN News Online – In order to realize the PTKIN’S good University Governance program, which was initiated by the Directorate General of Islamic Education, UIN Jakarta has carried out socialization activities for Filling the e-SMS Dashboard Application on Friday (03/01/2019) at Diorama Room, Campus I of UIN Jakarta.

This socialization activity was delivered directly by the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs representative, Abdul Hamid Cebba and moderated by Sholehudin (Ortala OKP UIN Jakarta). This event was attended by all administrators and operators at the university and faculty levels, center and institutions, and other units.

Cebba in his presentation explained that the Strategic Management System (SMS) is an effort rating media for PTKIN in order to improve its governance towards Good University Governance (GUG). This effort will go well if it is based on consistency, integrity and linearity. Consistency and integrity refer to our mental attitude to implement programs that have been formulated, while linearity is more related to the strategic plan and other related rules.

In this e-SMS, here are four things PTKIN must have; first, the teaching component (20%). Second, facilities, resources and supporting staff (25%). Third, leadership, management and governance (40%). And fourth, research, publication, community service and cooperation (15%). (usa)
