UIN Jakarta Holds 2017 Fiscal Year Budget Socialization

Syahida Inn, UIN News Online – Planning and Finance Bureau (BPK) UIN Jakarta holds 2017 Fiscal Year Budget Socialization at Syahida Inn, Campus II UIN Jakarta, Tuesday, (3/7). The socialization that was officiated by the Bureau Chief of Planning and Finance Drs. Subarja M.Pd  and attended by the Deputy Deans of General Administration from all faculties, Head of the financial section, sub-section planning, and treasurer from each unit and faculty.

In his remarks, Subarja requested the parties that associated with the planning and finance in UIN Jakarta to perform its function properly in order to keep the budgeting aspect in UIN Jakarta transparent and accountable. “This year, the budget that should be managed by UIN Jakarta has soared higher than the previous years,” he said.

In addition to routine expenditures, Subarja added that UIN Jakarta owned budgets are currently allocated to support the implementation of higher education quality improvement. This can be seen from the increased budget for teaching, researching and community services.

One of the main posts that boosted the budget is the increase of lecturers remuneration. This policy is given in order to measure the performance of the educators in accordance with the budget improvement objective. “It is expected that all of us can help to escort policy this year and full responsibility,” said Subarja.
