UIN Jakarta Faculty of Health Sciences Inaugurates 83 Competent Nurses with Cum Laude Honors

Syahida Inn Auditorium, UIN News Online - A total of 83 new Ners of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta were officially inaugurated in the Open Session of Taking the Oath of Ners Batch 28. The event which took place at Syahida Inn Auditorium on Thursday (26/9) was attended by university leaders, Faculty of Health Sciences (Fikes), and representatives from the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI) Banten Region.

The inauguration procession began with the entry of the council and leaders into the ceremony room. Present at the event were Vice Rector 1 for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Ahmad Tholabi, S.Ag., S.H., M.H., M.A., Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Dr. apt. Zilhadia, M.Si, Head of the Nursing Profession Study Program Maftuhah, M.Kep., Ph.D., and representatives of PPNI Banten Region Hj. Ernawati Ummar, S.Kep., M.Kes.

The Chairperson of the Nursing Profession Study Program, Maftuhah, M.Kep., Ph.D., who led the session, stated that all Ners who were inaugurated graduated cum laude. “This is an extraordinary achievement that shows the quality of nursing education at UIN Jakarta,” she said.

In his speech, Hj Ernawati Ummar from PPNI Banten Region congratulated the new Ners. “We hope all of you can contribute not only domestically, but also overseas,” she said.

One of the newly appointed nurses expressed her gratitude to the lecturers and parents. “We get the best education from the best lecturers while studying at UIN Jakarta,” he said emotionally.

Furthermore, Muhsin, one of the parents present, also expressed his gratitude and thanks. “Hopefully the knowledge obtained by our children will bring blessings,” he said.

The inauguration ceremony was closed with a special performance from the new nurses that moved the entire audience. This inauguration marks the beginning of the career journey of the new Ners of UIN Jakarta in serving the community and making the alma mater proud.
