UIN Jakarta extends PPKM period

Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta has extended the current period of public activity restrictions (PPKM) from February 1 to 8, 2021. The PPKM period at UIN Jakarta is stipulated in accordance Rector’s Circular letter Number B-265 / R / HK.00.7 / 01/2021 concerning on the Extension of Official Duties from Home and Officdee for UIN Jakarta Employee, issued on January 29, 2021.

According to the circular letter, PPKM period arrangements are carried out to reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 as well as to maintain the continuity of services to UIN Jakara stakeholders. For this reason, UIN Jakarta asks employees to carry out official duties with several provisions.

First, by ensuring the implementation of health protocols, both at work and at home to prevent the spreasd of Covid-19.

Second, ensuring that services to UIN Jakarta stakeholders continue to run optimally. This is done by regulating the implementation of official duties with a ratio of 75 percent of employees working from home (WFH) and 25 percent working in offices (WFO) for each work unit. Then, employees who are working from home are prohibited from traveling and employees who work in the office must apply strict health protocols.

Third, academic activities are still carried out online for undetermined time. Fourth, each work unit must provide maximum service through online to reduce guests and students coming to campus.

And the fifth, work unit leaders should immediately coordinate with the UIN Jakarta’s Covid-19 Task Force if there are things related to Covid-19 that require medical treatment. (usa/ns)
