UIN Jakarta Established Cooperation With EURO Management

Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta and EURO Management established cooperation on foreign language skills development. The cooperation is implemented in a form of foreign language course scholarship by EURO Management to 1000 UIN Jakarta students. The scholarship is given in commemoration of National Education Day 2017.

The agreement was signed by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA and the founder of EURO Management Bimo Sasongko BSAE MSEIE MBA, Thursday, (5/4) in rector office.

In addition to foreign language skill course scholarship, UIN Jakarta-EURO Management, in collaboration with YPEI will implementing Study Abroad Mentorship Program.

Bimo Sasongko, in front of Rector and all guests said that this program is a part of UIN Jakarta's outstanding student achievement program every year.

“With a population of 2016 reached 257.9 people, only about 60 thousand people who study abroad. It's an unbalanced ratio when compared to other countries. Hopefully, this program will be able to improve the foreign language skills of UIN Jakarta’s students,” said Bimo.

In response, Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada appreciated the agreement. He hopes that both institutions can achieve the goals and ideals of the cooperation.

“We are appreciating the cooperation. Hopefully, this program can support both foreign language and scientific skills of the students,” Dede hoped.

Currently, UIN Jakarta facilitates its student to improve their foreign language skills as well as by giving opportunities to study abroad in a form of Student exchange and sandwich program.
