UIN Jakarta Conducts Online Exam Simulation
NICT, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta held a simulation of the UMPTKIN online exam through the Electronic Selection System (SSE) application provided by the central committee.
AAKK Bureau Chief of UIN Jakarta Jaenuddin said the online exam through SSE was carried out according to the schedule determined by the central committee. “Hopefully it will run smoothly according to the plan,” said Jaenuddin to UIN News Online on Wednesday (06/08/2022).
It is known, the UM-PTKIN Central Committee scheduled the implementation of an online exam simulation through the SSE for four days, starting from 7 to 10 June 2022. In addition, added Djaenuddin, this also allows the selection participants to take the exam effectively, efficiently, and minimizes the occurrence of mass gathering in large numbers in one place.
“This is in accordance with the recommended health protocol to break chain of Covid-19 infection,” he said.
The online test trial is also expected to make the selection participants adapt to the system they will use for the exam. For supervision during the exam, the UIN Jakarta local committee also appointed a number of supervisors who will be assigned on the day of the exam.
Referring to information from the central committee, the UMPTKIN exam itself will be held on June 14-17 2022. The result will be announced on June 30, 2022.
Separately, the Head of the Academic Section of UIN Jakarta Feni Arifiani asked the selection participants to pay attention to technical matters during the exam. Among them, participants are required to use devices such as smartphones and netbooks with cameras and microphones, an adequate internet connections, and install the UM-PTKIN SSE Exam application.
In addition, participants are prohibited from opening browsers, meeting applications, remote applications, or connecting to additional screens during the exam. Participants are also required to adjust the time on their respective devices according to the time stated on the UM-PTKIN page. (zm/usa)
