To Support the UIN Jakarta Academic Community, Bank Mandiri Donated Minibus

Rectorate, UIN NEWS Online - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Bank Mandiri) grants a unit of four-wheeled minibus type Isuzu Elf Long to UIN Jakarta. Grants are given by Bank Mandiri to support the activities of UIN Jakarta academic community.

The grant was handed over by Senior Vice President of Bank Mandiri Diana Hadi to the Rector Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada MA in the yard of Rectorate Building, Thursday (04/12/2018). Also attending the handover ceremony of Vice Rector for Cooperation Prof. Dr. Murodi MA and representatives of Bank Mandiri.

In response, the Rector representing civitas UIN Jakarta expressed gratitude for the grant obtained. According to him this grant is useful for UIN Jakarta academic community, especially students in carrying out their activities.

For example, UIN Jakarta students must practice or engage in UIN Jakarta land in Cikuya, Tangerang, Banten, about 80 km from Ciputat. "Sometimes they are constrained in transportation. Well, this grant we expect a solution to the constraints, "he said.

Nevertheless, the Rector asked the academic community to use the bus really for the activities of student affairs. "In addition, because this bus symbolizes the image of two institutions. Then its use must also really keep good name of both, "he explained.

Agreed with the Rector, Diana also hoped that the grant given by his side is utilized properly in supporting the activity of UIN Jakarta academic community. "We hope this is useful for student learning and beneficial for a long time," he added. (usa)
