These are the Best Graduates of the 130th Graduation Ceremony

Main Auditorium, UIN News Online- The 130th graduation of Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral Programs of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta determined a number of outstanding graduates at the bachelor, master, and doctoral levels from their respective faculties and schools. This is based on the highest cumulative grade point average (GPA) and the length of study period they have taken.

Data from the Academic Section of UIN Jakarta obtained on Sunday (26/11/2023), stated that 11 graduates managed to be the best for the undergraduate program. Furthermore, four master's level graduates and two doctoral level graduates were chosen as the best graduates.

From the undergraduate program, Hirzian Fairuz Thirafi from the FSH Law Study Program successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.99 (cumlaude). The Jakarta-born graduate completed his study with a thesis entitled "The Legal Position of Creditors as Applicants for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations of PT Asuransi Jiwa Kresna".

Ryzeu Harismayanti, from FITK's Mathematics Education Study Program, also graduated with a GPA of 3.98 (cumlaude). This Ciamis-born girl graduated with a thesis entitled "The Effect of Research Based Learning Assisted with the Science, Environment, Technology, Society (Rbl-Sets) Approach on Mathematical Literacy Skills".

Cut Soraya Dewi, a graduate of Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program of FDIK, also successfully graduated in the best graduates. This Bogor-born graduate graduated with a GPA of 3.96 (Cumlaude) by writing a thesis "Self Disclosure of KPI UIN Jakarta Students Through Twitter".

Zahra Rahmania, a graduate of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah also graduated with the highest GPA from her faculty with a GPA of 3.94. This woman born in Tangerang, Banten, wrote a thesis entitled "al-Mashalih al-Mursalah wa Tathbiqotuha fi Himayat huquq al-Malakiyah al-Fikriyah (Dirasah Tahliliyah)".

From FISIP, Muhammad Zein Alaydrus also successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.93 (cumlaude) or the highest faculty. This young man born in Namlea graduated from the International Relations Study Program by writing a thesis "The European Commission's Response to Restrictions on Freedom of Movement in the Schengen Area during the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020-2021".

Furthermore, Bhahari Abdul Gani (Sharia Banking Study Program) and Haliza Azzahra (English Language and Literature Study Program) were also recorded as outstanding graduates with a GPA of 3.92, representing the FEB and FAH faculties respectively. Bhahari wrote a thesis entitled "Comparative Analysis of the Financial Performance of NTB Syariah Bank before and after Conversion", while Haliza wrote a thesis entitled "Hybrid Identity of a Pakistani-American Muslim Woman in Ms. Marvel TV Miniseries".

From the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Irma Tri Lestari (Quran and Tafsir Science Study Program) successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.91. The Jakarta-born woman completed her studies by writing a thesis "Tafsir Makna al-Salah al-Wustha: A Comparative Study of Mafatih al-Ghaib and Ruh al-Ma'any".

Furthermore, Hanifa Faizah Ramamdhani from the Faculty of Psychology and Nabila Ghasani from the Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences graduated with a GPA of 3.88 (cumlaude). Hanifa completed her study by writing a thesis "The Effect of Attachment Styles and Coping Strategies on Self Disclosure of Social Media Users", while Nabila wrote a thesis "The Effect of Extraction Time Variations on the Yield and Characteristics of Green Tree Grass jelly Leaf Pecton (Premna Oblongifolia Merr)".

Finally, Yuni Astari graduated with the highest GPA representing the Faculty of Science and Technology. This woman from Ngawi completed her education in the Mathematics Study Program with a GPA of 3.7 (Cumlaude) and a thesis entitled "Factors Affecting Infant Mortality under One Year in Indonesia: Multilevel Mixed Effect Analysis of the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey".

At the master's level, Annisa Silviani from the FITK Islamic Education Management Master Program and Harini Septarina successfully graduated with a GPA of up to 4.00 (Cumlaude). Each of them completed their master's study by writing a thesis entitled "Quality Improvement Strategy of SMKN 1 and SMKAN 5 Bekasi City in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0" and "The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Mindfulness on Critical Thinking of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Students with Metacognitive as a Mediator".

Puput Safinatunajah from the Master of Communication and Islamic Broadcasting of FDIK successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.93 and a thesis entitled "Persuasive Communication in the Context of Da'wah of Social Assistants in the Family Hope Program in Tangerang City". Similar achievements were recorded by Mujibu Da'wat from the Master of Sharia Economic Law who graduated with a GPA of 3.80 (Cumlaude) and a thesis entitled "Mun'ah Provisions in Rahn Practices in Sharia Financial Institutions".  

From the doctoral education level, Masruri Muchtar and Moh. Nasrudin successfully graduated with the highest GPA representing the FEB Sharia Banking Doctoral Program and the SPs Islamic Studies Doctoral Program. Masruri graduated with a GPA of 3.83, while Nasrudin graduated with a GPA of 3.82.

Dalam menuntaskan studinya, Masruri menulis disertasi berjudul “Dampak Perjanjian Perdagangan Bebas di Sektor Makanan Indonesia: Studi pada Negara-Negara OIC”. Sedang Nasrudin menulis disertasi berjudul “Pendidikan Sufistik sebagai Penguatan Moderasi Beragama Mahasiswa di UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan”.

Diketahui, UIN Jakarta melantik 2.183 orang lulusan baru pada Wisuda Sarjana ke-130 di Audorium Utama Harun Nasution, Sabtu-Ahad (25-26/11/2023). Ke-2.183 lulusan ini terdiri dari 1.941 wisudawan program sarjana, 185 wisudawan magister, dan 57 orang wisudawan doktor. (farah nh/zm)
