Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital opens “Klinik Amany”

Rectorate, UIN News Online – In order to improve public health services, Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital UIN Jakarta opened a new service named Klinik Amany (Amany Clinic -ed). This clinic is intended for people who need special health services.

“Amany Clinic was established specifically for healthy people, such as medical check-ups, Covid vaccines and meningitis vaccines for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, as well as treatment for non-infectious diseases,” said the rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis during the inauguration of the clinic, Thursday (02/24/2022).

Present in the inauguration ceremony, Vice Rector of General Administration Ahmad Rodoni, Director of Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital Amir Fauzi, and Head of the Business Development Center of UIN Jakarta Asep Syarifuddin.

Amany Clinic is taken from the first name of UIN Jakarta Chancellor Amany Lubis. As the name implies, "Amany" means hope. Therefore, this clinic is a clinic that hopes that patients will always be healthy.

According to the Rector, the opening of the Amany Clinic at Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital is an effort to help the community in the health sector. The establishment of the clinic is also inseparable from the role of the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) which helps in funding matters.

“Insha Allah, this clinic will provide many benefits for people in need,” said Amany.

For information, Amany Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital. The clinic complements other existing clinics, such as the Digestive Surgery Clinic, Obesity Clinic, Urology Clinic, and Executive Clinic. (ns/usa)
