Student of FEB UIN Jakarta record national achievement

Ciputat, UIN News Online – Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Jakarta continue to record national level achievements. This time, Budi Santoso (2019 Management Department) and Muhammad Ruvio Tama (Economics and Development Department) won first place in the 2021 Sharia Capital Market Competition, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business IAIN Palangkaraya.

The winners were announced by the committee this Sunday (24/10/2021). Budi and Ruvio succeeded in eleminating 120 delegated teams from various national universities. The competition itself is in the form of virtual trading competitions using a Phintarco Securitas account.

In the preliminary round, the competition starts from October 4-8, 2021 or is held for 5 market days. The two students who carried the name TIM Rb Cuan Berkah is struggled to get to the top 10 positions.

After passing the preliminary round, these two students fought hard to get to the best position. Finally, through hard work they were able to pass the 60% Capital Gain and 40% Yield Presentation criteria.

In response, Deputy Dean of FEB UIN Jakarta Mohammad Nur Rianto Al Arif congratulated the students. He hopes that this achievement will further strengthen the contribution of FEB UIN Jakarta in various competitions in Indonesia.

“Hopefully this achievement can spur other students to accomplish various achievements”, he said. (usa/zm)
