Strengthening Services, UIN Jakarta General Administration Bureau Holds Socialization of LKPT and Optimization of Archival Management
Diorama Room, UIN News Online — The Bureau of General Administration and Personnel of UIN Jakarta successfully held a socialization of the urgency of the formation of Task Performance Report (LKPT) and optimization of archival management. This activity was held in Diorama Room, ground floor of Harun Nasution Auditorium, on Thursday (19/9/24).
In an effort to improve a more orderly and organized archive management, PLT Head of the General Administration and Personnel Bureau, Drs. H. Teguh Sarwono, M.Si., in his report conveyed the importance of the Urgency Socialization of LKPT Formation to the optimization of archive management at UIN Jakarta.
This socialization activity aims to strengthen the archive management system in the campus environment, which is a crucial element in supporting smooth administration and maintaining integrity and transparency in institutional governance. According to Teguh Sarwono, the establishment of LKPT is very important to ensure that archive management at UIN Jakarta runs in accordance with established standards.
“This activity aims to bring order to archive management and strengthen the management of important documents at UIN Jakarta so that it can be managed optimally,” explained PLT Head of General Administration and Personnel Bureau.
Vice Rector for General Administration, Prof. Imam Subchi, M.A., officially opened the Socialization of the Urgency of Establishing the Performance Report on Task Implementation (LKPT) of Archives at UIN Jakarta. In his speech, Prof. Imam Subchi emphasized the importance of this activity to improve the archive management system that has not been running optimally in the campus environment.
“Archives is a very vital part of administration, and its implementation at UIN Jakarta needs to be improved so that document governance becomes more effective and efficient,” said Vice Rector II UIN Jakarta.
This activity was attended by speakers from the Indonesian National Archives (Andri), Azwar Sanusi, S.IP, M.Si., and the General Bureau of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag), Heri Wiharso, who explained the importance of archiving in every institution.
After this event, the participants who work in the field of archiving in each institution's bureau are expected to be able to implement archival strengthening, especially at UIN Jakarta.
