Strategic Load Balancing of High-Bandwidth Testing Sites, UIN Jakarta Maps 10 Decentralized Computer-Based Test Centers for Admissions Infrastructure
CIPUTAT, UIN Online News – UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has finalized the deployment of ten strategic testing zones to host the computer-based Electronic Selection System (SSE) for the 2026 Institutional Independent Student Admissions. Scheduled to run from July 13 to July 17, 2026, the high-stakes digital examination operations are purposefully distributed across multiple faculties and central IT laboratories across the university's campus grid.
The Acting Head of the Bureau of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Cooperation (AAKK), Hj. Rahmawati, M.M., clarified that decentralizing the examination hubs operates as a strategic load-balancing mechanism. This network and physical architecture design guarantees uninterrupted server performance, mitigates traffic congestion, and provides a highly controlled environment for thousands of testing candidates.
"Our technical engineering and logistics units have calibrated every facility to guarantee maximum operational stability, absolute order, and a seamless digital testing experience for the entire candidate population," Rahmawati confirmed.
The designated exam hubs span three separate campus sectors, utilizing high-spec computing assets at the Integrated Laboratory Center (PLT-FST), the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), the Faculty of Medicine CBT Center, the Faculty of Humanities (FAH), the Faculty of Health Sciences (Fikes), the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FITK), the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), the Faculty of Psychology, the Language Development Center (PPB), and the National Information and Communication Technology (NICT/Pustiknas) center.
