Starting the Year 2024, UIN Jakarta Tops the SINTA PTKIN Ranking

Rectorate Building, UIN News Online - UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta started the year 2024 with a proud achievement. This is after UIN Jakarta topped the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) ranking standings for State Islamic Religious Universities.

Referring to the alert  https://sinta.kemdikbud.go.id/affiliations?page=1&q=UIN, Tuesday (2/1/2024) at 19.00, UIN Jakarta became PTKIN with the most productive publication or with the highest score for the last 3 years according to SINTA.

In the same source mentioned, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, recorded a score of 117,640 for SINTA Score 3Yr. While the achievement of SINTA Score Overall reached 244,866. This number is contributed by 1,113 authors in 82 Departments.

The next position is occupied by UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This university recorded a 3Yr SINTA Score of 114,197 with a SINTA Score Overall of 195,904.

After UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, the SINTA ranking is occupied by UIN North Sumatra. This university recorded 85,342 SINTA Score 3Yr and 171,096 SINTA Score Overall.

The next position is occupied by UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh with SINTA Score 3Yr 51,514 and SINTA Score Overall 108,568. Then, UIN Raden Intan Lampung with SINTA Score 3 Yr42,951 and SINTA Score Overall 92,942.

Contacted separately, Head of Research and Publishing Center LP2M UIN Jakarta, Siti Umi Masruroh M.Sc, expressed her excitement."Alhamdulillah, starting the year 2024, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta recorded a fantastic score," she said.

The lecturer of Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Science and Technology revealed, this achievement is the achievement of all parties who fully support. "This excellence not only reflects the high quality of research, but also the dedication and hard work of academics and students," she added.

Furthermore, Umi hopes that this achievement will make the academic community of UIN Jakarta to continue moving forward to develop research and scientific publications."It is not only the pride of the institution, but also a positive contribution in lifting the quality of higher education in Indonesia," she hoped.

In UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta itself, there are a number of lecturers who are most productive in producing SINTA indexed works.They are Nur Rohim Yunus, Maila Dinia Husni Rahiem, Mohammad Nur Rianto Al Arif, Imam Subchi, Didin Nuruddin Hidayat, Siti Ummi Masruroh, Husni Teja Sukmana, Dewi Khairani, Agus Rimus Liandi, and Burhanuddin Muhtadi.

Nur Rohim Yunus, a lecturer at the Law Study Program of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, successfully posted SINTA Score 3Yr 874 and SINTA Score Overall 3,605.Some of his recent writings, Russia's Legal Policy Against Diaspora Marriages in Muslim Communities, Women's Post-Divorce Rights in Malaysian and Indonesian’s Court Decisions, dan Non-Procedural Dispute Resolution: Study of the Restorative Justice Approach Tradition in Indonesian Society.

Maila Dinia Husni Rahiem, a lecturer at the Early Childhood Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan UIN Jakarta, managed to record a SINTA Score 3Yr 816 and SINTA Score Overall 1,510. Some of his recent writings include Science in Islamic kindergarten in Indonesia: Content and methods, Negotiating Religiosity in a Secular Society:A Study of Indonesian Muslim Female Migrant Workers in Hong Kong, and The sultan and the soup: A javanese cultural response to covid-19.
