Santri Summit 2025 to Feature Dozens of Influencers Ready to Inspire Young Santris
Rectorate Building, UIN Online News – UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, through the Community of Santri Scholars of Ministry of Religious Affairs (CSSMoRA), which serves the community of students who have received the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Outstanding Santri Scholarship, is scheduled to hold Santri Summit 2025. The event, themed "Santris' Contribution to the Nation," will take place at the Harun Nasution Auditorium, Campus I, UIN Jakarta, on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
According to an official release from the organizing committee, the event will be officially opened by the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. KH. Nasaruddin Umar, M.A. Several leaders from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and UIN Jakarta are also scheduled to accompany the opening ceremony, including the Director-General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Prof. Dr. H. Suyitno, M.Ag.; the Director of Pesantren at the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Dr. H. Basnang Said, S.Ag., M.Ag.; and UIN Jakarta Rector Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D.
The event, a collaboration among CSSMoRA UIN Jakarta, Youtz Media, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs, will be attended by national figures, academics, and dozens of young influencers and content creators from various fields.
A number of influencers are also scheduled to fill the provided sessions, including: Rinaldi Nur Ibrahim, Risty Tagor, Inara Rusli, Shakira Amirah, Wirda Mansur, dr. Elza Amelia Firdaus, EL Alice, Fildzah Izzati Ismah, Rian Fahardhi, Ang Sharly, Raihan Habib, Fardi Yandi, Raden Hanif, Teuku Daffa, and content creator Bicara Pede.
These influencers will share their experiences and knowledge across various domains, from talk shows on mental health and Islamic spirituality, career and writing, maintaining Islamic values in the Gen Z era, to tips on becoming a beneficial content creator.
In addition to talk shows, the series of events will be enlivened with art performances, public outreach, video screenings, and awards for creative video competitions. The activities are open to students and the general public free of charge.
UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Rector, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., expressed his appreciation for the initiative to organize the Santri Summit as a platform to strengthen the role of santris in the digital era. “We fully support this activity as a space for santri collaboration, inspiration, and contribution to nation-building,” he stated.
Rector Asep Jahar hopes that santris and students will attend and participate in the various sessions featuring the speakers. “May the participants gain knowledge, expand their networks, and be motivated to continue creating,” he hoped.
One of the speakers, Apt. Rinaldi Nur Ibrahim, urged santris and the younger generation to utilize this momentum as a learning platform from inspiring public figures. “Santri Summit 2025 is open to everyone. Come and learn directly from experienced public figures, so that santris are even more prepared to face challenges in the digital era and capable of bringing benefit to society,” invited this influencer, an alumnus of the Pharmacy Study Program, FIKES UIN Jakarta.
