Sandwich Program to France Will be Opened by This Year

Rectorate, UIN News Online– Sandwich program for Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) and Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) undergraduate students will be opened by this year. This was conveyed by the Head of Center for International Cooperation (PLKI) Rachmat Baihaky, MA in his office, on Wednesday (June 14th)

“We are already started the preparation to the participants who are interested in this program by opening registration for the new students who will be placed at FST and FEB. The program can be implemented if the number of applicant reach 15 peoples from each faculty,” said Baihaky.

Participant who already accepted, added Baihaky, will get a French language lessons for four semesters, ranging from The 1st until 4th semesters in Francais Indonesia Institute (IFI), located at Language Development (PPB) building, the second campus of UIN Jakarta.

 “We will give them the French language education for four semesters, and the program itself will be implemented over two semesters (The 5th and 6th semesters). In the 7th and 8th semesters, they will return to Indonesia and continue their studies at UIN Jakarta,” Said Baihaky.

He also explained that the registration application are still being built by Data Centre and Information Technology Division (Pustipanda) UIN Jakarta. “After the application is completed, the registration will be held on June 14th to August 7th 2016, with a registration fee of Rp. 1,000,000. The selection will be held on August 16th, 2016 and it will cost Rp. 25,000,000 for each semester in France.” Baihaky added.
