Research About Cancer Therapy has Brought UIN Jakartas Student Presenting in KTI

Ciputat, BERITA UIN Online-- Two students from department of medicine UIN Jakarta, namely Abdul Rahman and Nurul Fathimah, becoming the finalist of Science Paper Competition held by Faculty of Medicine, Halu Oleo University in Kendari on Friday, April 22^nd. The science paper competition is a part of agenda called “Halu Oleo Scientific Competition (HOLISTIC) entitled Penyakit Pencernaan Gastroenterohepatologi”

At that time, Rahman and Fathimah wrote a paper entitled “potensi asam askorbat dan asam asetat dalam pengolahan lawa buah gandaria sebagai upaya kempoprevenif kanker kolorektal dan gazter”. After surpass the elimination process, the best 7^th teams were entering final stage. “In the final stage, we were presenting our paper in front of the judges” said Fathimah.

Meanwhile, Rahman feels so glad and proud because he was representing his department and able to go to final stage in competition which participated by hundred of participants from all over Indonesia. In addition, Rahman is a first year student, “this achievement is dedicated to my university and the big family of Organisasi Beasiswa Santri,” said Rahman. (Translated by Ihsan/Yaqin)
