Registration for Achievement Based Selection for Religious State University SPAN-PTKIN Will be Opened Tomorrow, UIN Jakarta Offers 30 Qualified Study Programs

Rectorate Building, UIN Online News -  Admission of new students through the National Academic Achievement Based Selection (SPAN-PTKIN), is scheduled to open on Monday, 10th February, 2025 across state Islamic religious universities. As the leading Islamic State University (PTKIN), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta offers 30 superior study programs throughout numbers of faculties in this achievement pathway.

"According to the schedule set by the 2025 PMB PTKIN national committee team, the SPAN PTKIN registration pathway will be opened tomorrow on 10th February, Monday," Zaenal Muttaqin, Public Information and Relation Coordinator of New Student Admission (PMB) of UIN Jakarta, said on Sunday (09/02/2025)

Referring to the schedule set by the PMB PTKIN Committee Team, registration can be independently conducted by students from February 10 until March 6. The announcement of the selection results itself will be announced on March 27 with the schedule for the verification process or re-registration of successful applicants determined by each university.

Previously, schools had completed the Student and School Database (PDSS) registration process and the data verification process. It is known that PDSS registration has been extended until February 7 from the original 6 until 25 January. Likewise, the data verification and finalization process was closed since February 8, which is later from the original schedule on 6 - 30 January.

For registration on the SPAN PTKIN pathway, students must first register using the student's National Student Registration Number (NISN), National School Identification Number (NPSN), and active email. The registration will then be validated via email sent to the student. Next, students log in to the registration page https://siswa.ptkin.ac.id/web/site/login.

Next, students must check the validity of their data. The part where students must submit the report card data and achievement information is obtained from their report cards since the 1st and 2nd semester on 10th and 11th Grade, and the 1st semester on 12th Grade. As for achievement information, it can be uploaded as an additional. If there are issues such as incorrect data and grades, students can contact the school's operator.

After ensuring that the uploaded data is correct, students then choose two study programs of interest at the PTKIN of their choice. In the final stage, students can print proof of their registration as SPAN PTKIN applicants.

Registration Flow for New Student Candidates on the SPAN PTKIN 2025 Pathway

For you information, SPAN-PTKIN is a national selection based on academic achievement screening using report card scores and other achievements in the form of portfolios with no written exams required. Eligible students are those registered by the principal from: Islamic Senior High School (MA), Islamic Vocational Senior High School (MAK), Senior High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), Formal Religious Education Unit, Equivalency Education of Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools, Mu'adalah Muallimin, Mua'dalah Salafiyah Education Units.

Meanwhile, the requirements that must be met by SPAN PTKIN registrants themselves include: final year students or santri in 2025, academic achievements,  meet the requirements determined by each University, have a National Student Registration Number (NISN), report card scores since; the 1st and 2nd semester on 10th and 11th Grade, and the 1st semester on 12th Grade which have been filled in the PDSS.
