Rector: UIN Jakarta Employees Have an Opportunity to Develop Themselves

Harun Nasution Auditotium, UIN News Online – Both lecturers and educational staffs of UIN Jakarta have equal opportunity in improving their scientific skills as well as their experiences in UIN Jakarta.

This was conveyed by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA during his speech at halal bi halal event, Wednesday, (7/12), at Harun Nasution Auditorium, Campus I of UIN Jakarta.

Dede also added, by giving an opportunity to educational staffs, it is expected to improve the quality of each staff that will affect their service quality to all civitas academica of UIN Jakarta.

“There are many ways to improve the quality of human resources. But first, we need to follow the procedures,” said Dede.

In addition to discussing the improvement of human resources quality in UIN Jakarta, Rector also reported that the number of students who are interested to continue their study in UIN Jakarta is continued to increase.

“This proves that UIN Jakarta is still their primary choice to deepen both Islamic sciences and secular sciences,” he added.

In front of the invited guests, Rector said that UIN Jakarta is currently working with several universities from various countries in the form of student exchange, collaborative research, and visiting professor.

“There are at least 450 international students in UIN Jakarta. On the contrary, many UIN Jakarta students who are studying at universities abroad,” he said.

Present in the event, Director General of Science and Technology Resources of the Ministry of Research, technology and Higher Education (kemristekdikti) Prof. Dr. Ali Gufron Mukti MSc PhD, who was invited as a speaker. The event also attended by the Chairman and Members of the University Senate, the Vice Rectors, Bureau chiefs, Deans, Division and Sub division head, ambassadors from several countries, and whole civitas academica of UIN Jakarta.
