Rector Socializes Office Hours During Ramadan

Rectorate Building, UIN NEWS Online   - Rector of UIN Jakarta Dede Rosyada issued a circular letyter related to office hours for employees in UIN Jakarta during Ramadan 1439 H. Circular letter numbered B-1576 / R / HK.00.7 / 05/2018 dated May 15, 2018 is a follow-up of the Letter Circular Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform No. 336 of 2018 on the Determination of State Civil Servant Hours (ASN), TNI, and Police during Ramadan.

Thus the press release of UIN Jakarta Public Relation received UIN NEWS Online, Wednesday (05/16/2010). In the circular it is mentioned that the working hours for administrative staff during the month of Ramadan runs from Monday to Friday. During Ramadan, work hours Monday to Thursday start at 08:00 to 15:00 pm and rest period starts at 12:00 to 12:30 pm. While the special Friday, working hours starting at 08:00 to 15:30 pm and break at 11.30-12.30 pm.

In addition to arranging working hours for administrative staff in the field of public services, the Rector also issued work circulars for cleaners and waitresses. Unlike administrative clerks, working hours for cleaning and waitresses start at 06.30-16.00 WIB and breaks at 12.00-12.30 WIB for Mondays to Thursdays. While special Friday, office hours take place between the hours of 06:30 to 16:30 pm and hours of rest at 11.30-12.30 pm.

According to the Rector, the provisions of the new working hours are valid from 1 Ramadhan 1439 H. The provisions of working hours after the month of Ramadhan will return as stipulated in regular working hours applicable in UIN Jakarta. (usa)
