Rector officiated the opening of CDC’s career building program

Rectorate, UIN News Online – Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis virtually officiated the opening of career building program for student, organized by the Career Development Center (CDC) of UIN Jakarta on Thursday (08/12/2021). Also present in the event, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Arief Subhan and the Head of CDC UIN Jakarta Salamah Agung

Rector in her opening speech appreciate the holding of this program. According to Rector, career building is a process that must be passed by everyone in order to prepare for the steps in pursuing a good and steady career.

“Pursuing a career requires a lot of process. One of them is through a capacity building program. This will be the main focus of this event. Participants are expected not to waste this opportunity,” said Rector Amany.

In line with Rector, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Arief Subhan hopes that this program will continue to be held in a sustainable manner. “Career Development Center is a very important unit in facilitating students and alumni in preparing their excellent career. Therefore, its existence and activities deserve support from all of us”, he said.

For information, the career building program is a program initiated by CDC UIN Jakarta in order to facilitate final year students and fresh graduates in preparing their careers as well as to facilitate them to fill job vacancies from CDC partners.

The batch I Career building program which was held in August-September 2021 was attended by 257 participants consisting of students and alumni of UIN Jakarta. They will be equipped with the knowledge provided by professional resource persons from the CDC partners. There are at least 8 partners who join this program both as resource person and job providers. (usa)
