Rector Invite Students and Alumni to Take UIN Go International

Uni Club Room, UIN NEWS Online— Rector of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada, MA invites students and alumni work together to bring the campus to go international. Optimizing the role of alumni is needed to inspire the students who are still active on campus.

This was conveyed by the Rector in his speech in a gala dinner with journalists alumni of UIN Jakarta in the Uni Club, Saturday (04/30/2016) night. "This Silaturrahim to meet the call of the campus as a house of students andalumni. The desire to meet the campus that has been raise our names to this day "he said.

Rector also added that progress UIN Jakarta has now exceeded the national standards and started toward ASEAN. Visitation AUN-QA which was held on 4-7 April 2016 yesterday against four study programs became evident that UIN Jakarta became one of the World Class University (WCU).

"It's not a dream anymore, but we've undergone to become one of the leading college of the ASEAN. For that together let us help each other move the campus to go international "he added.

In the same occasion, the Rector also said that to date foreign students studying in the UIN Jakarta has reached 300 students. There is an increase of 200% that was previously only reached 148 students.

"To be an international standard campus requires at least 500 foreigners were studying on our campus. Now it's 300, another 200 and we are able to meet the requirements "he added. (Nur J. Shaid)
