Rector inaugurate 1602 graduates
Rectorate, UIN News Online – Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis virtually inaugurate 1602 graduates in the 2020/2021 academic year. The inauguration ceremony and open senate session was held at the Harun Nasution Auditorium building, campus I of UIN Jakarta, Saturday (08/28/2021).
Also present in the event, Deputy Minister for Religious Affairs Zainut Tauhid Sa'adi and Head of the Regional Indonesian National Police (Kapolda) Metro Jaya Inspector General Muhammad Fadil Imran. Apart from delivering remarks on behalf of the Indonesian Minister of religious Affairs, Zainut Tauhid was also inaugurated as a graduate of the doctoral program at the Graduate School (SPs) of UIN Jakarta.
Rector Amany Lubis in her remarks congratulate and appreciates the new graduates who have successfully completed their study period at UIN Jakarta, both from the undergraduate and postgraduate programs as well as doctoral programs.
“UIN Jakarta always supports its graduates to play an active role in various situation through social service and research activities that will develop national welfare. Hopefully the knowledge you get during your study period can become a valuable asset in the midst for the society,” she said.
She also reminded graduates to improve their respective capacities even though they have completed their formal studies at UIN Jakarta.
“So we really hope that graduates will continue to develop themselves, improve their respective abilities to become problem solvers for various local and global problems,” said Rector.
On the same occasion, Zainut Tauhid in his speech said that in addition to being successful in producing ulama, UIN Jakarta also succeeded in producing intellectuals, activists, politicians, social workers, and entrepreneurs. These graduates have given their own color in various sectors of social, national and state life.
“I am proud to be part of the UIN Jakarta academic community. A campus that is known as a reformer campus and as well as a leading and respected Islamic higher education institution, both at local and international level,” he said.
For information, 24 people are chosen as the best graduates based on their GPA (Grade Point Average), they are; Renaldi Prasatya Saputra (FITK) with 3.84 of GPA, Yusril Fahmi Adam (FAH) with 3.85 of GPA, Muria Khusnun Nisah (FU) with 3.85 of GPA, Achmad Dzulfadli Firdaus (FSH) with 3.88 of GPA, Hasrianti Hasanuddin (FDIK) with 3.90 of GPA, Ilma Amaliah (FDI) with 3.93 of GPA, Jihan Nabilah Arifin (FPSI) with 3.89 of GPA, Putri Ayu Purwanta (FEB) with 3.91 of GPA, Annisa Fitri Nur Hanifah (FST) with 3.91 of GPA, Afrizal Nur Kadir (FIKES) with 3.86 of GPA, Muhammad Ijlal Rafi (FISIP) with 3.87 of GPA, and Anandita Azka Aini (FK) with 3.09 of GPA.
For the faculty master’s program; Dwi Jayanti (FITK Master’s program) with 4.00 of GPA, Akhmad Yusuf (FAH Master’s Program) with 3.70 of GPA, Fina Madihah (FU Master’s Program) with 3.53 of GPA, Sarah (FSH Master’s Program) with 3.93 of GPA, Dwi Arini Yuliarti (FIDK Master’s program) with 4.00 of GPA, Esmail Abdullah Hussein Al-Falahi (FDI Master’s program) with 3.94 of GPA, Ika Maya Widiastuti (FPSI Master’s program) with 3.87 of GPA, Ainun Zamilah (FEB Master’s Program) with 3.88 of GPA, and Entis Somantri (FST Master’s Program) with 3.80 of GPA. Meanwhile, for the Graduate School (SPs) of UIN Jakarta, Nazib Muhammad Mumtaz (SPs Master’s program) with 3.69 of GPA and M. Zainul Hasani Syarif (SPs Doctoral program) with 3.83 of GPA.
