Rector: Hopefully UIN Jakarta Hospital Increasingly Improved

This was conveyed by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA, while giving a speech in the opening of the Technical Guidance Legal Services Agency (BLU) Based Hospital, Thursday (02/03) at Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital, Ciputat, South Tangerang.

Present at the event, Dr. Hanna Permana Subanegara MARS (Director of Government and Private Hospitals) as the keynote speakers, the whole ranks of Chief and Head of Section UIN Jakarta, as well as several invited guests.

Rector added that UIN Jakarta at this current time continues to harmonize and enhance the financial management in various sections and units. This is done in order to address the report in 2016, which is UIN Jakarta ranked has not been able to make us smile.

At the same time, Rector also mentioned about the remuneration. As is known, not long ago, and on the approval of members of the University Senate, the rector issued a remuneration policy for lecturers. Wherein, the application of such remuneration is expected to optimize the performance of professors, civil servants and non-civil servants’ lecturers, in carrying the tri dharma tasks for the better.

"Generally, the remuneration we meant is performance-based incentive payments. Why do we give the remuneration of lecturers? It is because professors cover several positions of work. Not to mention the job as civil servants, and functional lecturers with teaching duties between 12 credits to 16 credits. Well, in the 12 credits is the task to educate and teach (education and teaching, ed.), "Said the Rector.

At the end of his speech, the Rector hoped that the Technical Guidance will improve the readiness of UIN Jakarta hospital into a BLU -based hospital.
