Rector appoints Head of UKM

Rectorate, UIN News Online – Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis appoints 15 UKM Heads on Thursday (07/16/2020). Present in the event, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Masri Mansoer, Head of Student and Alumni Affairs division Ikhwan, Sub-division Head of Talent Development and Student Interest Arief Ariyanto Ariadi, and Sub-division Head of Alumni Affairs Agus Salim.

The 15 people appointed were Fahmi Faturroman (Scouts Movement), Muhammad Fajar Effendi (RIAK), M Asim Abdul Majid (Indonesian Red Cross Voluntary Corps), Rizka Avianty (Syahid Theater), Firman Ahmad (Ranita) , Muhammad Rian Ramadhan (Student Cooperative), Deswir Saputra (Student Sports Federation), Deffri Maulana (Student Qari-Qariah Association), Ika Titi Hidayati (LPM INSTITUT), Maulana Iqbal Izzul Haq (Marching Band), Wildan Abdul Aziz (Arkadia), Surya Egistan (Foreign Language Language Association), Akmal Dhiya Almaulidi (Kalacitra), Raza Aqil Maulana (Student Choir), and Alwi Rahmat Siregar (Campus Da'wah Institute).

In her remarks, the Rector appreciated various accomplishments achieved by students, both at national and international level. “I will always support all student activities at UIN Jakarta. Therefore, I ask the Vice Rector for Student Affairs to encourage students to create many quality programs for the future progress of UIN Jakarta,” said the Rector.

The Rector also suggests the UKM administrator to maintain solidity by conducting various joint activities. As an intellectual group, students should have productive, innovative, positive thinking. In addition, students also have the potential actualize themselves in the community.

“I am happy if students always carry out various positive activities and have a creative and innovative thought,” she said. (usa/ns)
