Jakarta, UIN News Online — UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta officially opened the 2026 Leadership Work Meeting (Rakerpim) under the theme “Transformative Leadership for UIN Jakarta’s Global Vision” in Jakarta, Friday (13/02/2026). The forum brings together university leadership, including the rectorate, deans, directors of postgraduate programs, heads of bureaus, and leaders of institutional units across the university.

The opening ceremony was led by Rector Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., accompanied by vice rectors and heads of bureaus, and witnessed by Prof. Dr. Masri Mansoer, M.A., representing the university senate leadership. In his remarks, the Rector expressed appreciation to the organizing committee and all units involved in preparing the Rakerpim agenda.

He emphasized that Rakerpim plays a strategic role in defining the university’s policy direction for 2026–2027, particularly in key transformation areas such as digitalization, green campus development, institutional independence, bureaucratic reform, and internationalization.

“This forum is very important for us in determining the steps for 2026–2027, including digital transformation, green campus, financial independence, bureaucratic reform, and internationalization as key priorities that must be implemented,” the Rector said.

Strategic Preparation and Three-Day Forum

In his report, Chair of the Organizing Committee, Prof. Muhammad Zuhdi, M.Ed., Ph.D., explained that Rakerpim 2026 follows a series of preparatory meetings held earlier at the ADIA Convention Center on 2–3 February 2026.

He noted that the main Rakerpim session is scheduled to take place over three days, from 13 to 15 February 2026, bringing together university leaders to formulate strategic directions for the coming years.

“Over the next three days, we will collectively think, discuss, and design strategic steps as part of our responsibility at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, particularly for the 2026–2027 period,” he said.

He added that participants are expected to actively contribute constructive ideas throughout the sessions to support the university’s development agenda.

Six Priority Development Agendas

The forum focuses on six major institutional priorities that will serve as the foundation of UIN Jakarta’s 2026 development programs:

  1. Strengthening the green campus initiative as part of sustainability commitment
  2. Bureaucratic reform and governance transformation toward PTN-BH status
  3. Strengthening internationalization and global academic networks
  4. Accelerating research, scientific publications, and community engagement
  5. Developing digital systems and campus IT infrastructure
  6. Strengthening university entrepreneurship and business units

According to the committee chair, these six agendas will be discussed in depth throughout the forum and will form the basis for institutional programs and activities in 2026.

National-Level Speakers and Strategic Insights
