PTKIN Public Relations Forum Succeeds the Pionir IX

Malang, UIN News Online – The 9th PIONIR (Art and Sports Research and Scientific Week) event at UIN (State Islamic University) Malang, was officially opened by the Minister of Religion Lukman Hakim Saifuddin on Monday (07/15/2019) night. This prestigious biennial event was attended by 3292 students from 58 PTKIN throughout Indonesia who will compete in 36 races of competition from 16 to 21 July 2019.

In addition to matches and competitions, other supporting activities were also held such as the PTKIN Public Relations Forum meeting. The meeting took place in the Hall of the 5th floor of the Rectorate building, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University (UIN), chaired by the Forum Coordinator, Suhirman Aditia (PR of UIN mataram) and attended by all PTKIN public relations personnel who attended the event.

Some important points agreed at the meeting, including the role of public relations in the success of the Pioneer IX this time. The Secretary of the Forum, Hayatul Islam said that the Pionir is a strategic moment to show the achievements of PTKIN to the world, therefore, an effective publication channel was needed.

"It takes the role of public relations from all PTKIN to publish every event of this activity through the website and social media of each PTKIN," he said.

While Samsudin, UIN Jakarta Public Relations said that public relations has a very important role to succeed the current PIONIR event.

"We agreed to succeed the Pioneers this time by publishing massively and simultaneously using the hashtag # pionir2019 #humasPTKIN in every publication either through the website or social media," he said.

The meeting also discussed the plan of the PTKIN Public Relations Forum National Work Meeting which is planned to be held in October 2019. "In the National Working Meeting will be discussed public relations work programs including increasing capacity and quality of Public Relations HR in welcoming the industrial revolution era 4.0," he concluded.
