Supporting infrastructure, including dedicated bicycle parking facilities, has been provided throughout the campus to improve convenience and security for cyclists. Furthermore, electric bicycles provided through collaboration with Beam Mobility are available, offering an additional low-carbon transportation option for short-distance travel within the campus.
Parking management policies constitute another important component of the University's sustainable transportation targets and strategy. Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University applies parking fees to discourage unnecessary use of private vehicles while simultaneously implementing regulations that restrict the entry of private fossil-fuel vehicles into designated campus areas.
