Professional Certification Training of Competent Assessors at LSP UIN Jakarta

Jakarta, UIN News Online - The Professional Certification Agency (LSP) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, organized a Competency Assessor Training activity, which was held at Wisma Syahida Inn UIN SH Jakarta 6th Floor, for 5 consecutive days, Saturday-Wednesday (14-18/12/2024).

Director of LSP UIN Jakarta, Reskino, SE, M.Si, Ph.D, Ak, CA, CMA, in his speech said that the main purpose of this training activity is to train prospective competency assessors to become competency assessors in LSP UIN Jakarta.

"This competency assessor training is not only part of improving the quality of assessors, but also the strategic role of assessors, which is to ensure that every individual who is tested and assessed can demonstrate their abilities in accordance with the applicable competency standards. Our role is not only to assess, but also to provide constructive guidance so that each participant can develop and achieve an optimal level of competence," he said.

The training was held from Saturday to Tuesday (14-17/12/2024), with the first session in the form of training where the main competency assessors, namely Senggono and Ir. M. Najib as resource persons. The material presented focused on assessment principles, assessment techniques and competency standards relevant to the needs of the world of work.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday (18/12/2024), the second session was held in the form of an examination simulation. This activity was led by Sanromo Wijayanto and Tetty DS Ariyanto, who are also experienced Primary Competency Assessors. In this session, participants were tested to directly practice their ability to conduct assessments according to established standards.

3. Recruitment and Selection Implementation Cluster Scheme,

4. Learning Strategy and Method Design Cluster Scheme,

5. Cluster scheme of leadership travel,

6. Library automation implementation scheme,

7. Development Planning Scheme,

8. Qualification Scheme of KKNI Industrial Entrepreneurship Level 3,

9. Data Scientist Intermediate Expert Scheme,

10. Issue Management Implementation Scheme.

Through this activity, LSP UIN Jakarta hopes to quickly prepare all the needs and preparations in carrying out its duties to prepare UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta graduates to face economic and technological changes. In addition, LSP UIN Jakarta also acts as an important partner in reducing the skills gap and building a strong bridge between education, training and the world of work.
