Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., indicated a few primary points to consider in the UIN Jakarta Rector Number B-390 2025 Announcement regarding Campus Environment Preparation Measures during Holidays.

In the announcement, he outlined at least six procedures that the UIN Jakarta academic community should consider before leaving campus for an extended length period over the holidays. "Before you leave the campus, you are expected to pay attention to these precautions in order to maintain convenience of the office environment," he stated.

The first step is for chairmen and civitas at the UIN Jakarta office to turn off the electricity. Before leaving the room, turn off all electrical equipment, including computers, printers, air conditioners, lamps, and other electronic devices. "Unused power cables must be unplugged to avoid the risk of fire due to a short circuit," the announcement states.

The second step is to tighten the water taps. "Make sure all water taps are tightly closed to avoid leaks that can cause unnecessary waste and unintentional damage," the news release stated.

The third step is to maintain the room organized and clean. Each employee is instructed to keep no residual waste on their workstations, cabinets, or surrounding locations. To keep things looking attractive, expired products must be properly disposed of.

The fourth step is to secure valuables. Personal and precious objects, such as essential documents, work supplies, and electronics, should be stored safely. Additionally, drawers which is housing essential items should be locked before leaving the room.

The sixth step is to close all doors and windows. To deter potential burglars, all doors and windows must be closed and locked.

The last step is to coordinate with security officers. Any suspicious or unusual activity must be reported to security officers to ensure the campus's security over the holiday period.

Furthermore, he hopes that all academicians will carry out this directive with full responsibility in order to maintain a safe and conducive campus environment during the long holiday season.
