PPM UIN Jakarta Holds Workshop on KKN E-Book 2022
Diorama Room, UIN News Online – Various findings obtained during Coomunity Service (KKN) activities are original data that can be used as a basis for research and wider social service. In addition, reports that are designed in open source and can be accessed by the public can also increase the citation of Google scholars for lecturers and students.
This was said by Eva Nugraha in his presentation at the 2022 Community Service (KKN) report workshop organized held by the Center for Community Service (PPM) UIN Jakarta 2022 held at Diorama room, campus I of UIN Jakarta on Monday (10/24/2022) and attended by student representatives from the 2022 KKN group of UIN Jakarta.
The workshop itself was held to provide information related to the preparation of e-books and journals resulting from KKN reports for students participating in KKN. Moderated by the coordinator of PPM UIN Jakarta, Deden Mauli Darajat, the workshop presented Eva Nugraha, coordinator of PPM UIN Jakarta for the period of 2014 to 2018.
“I hope students can compile their reports that are in accordance with the KKN PPM UIN Jakarta 2017 report guidelines, which is almost similar to the preparation of this year's KKN report e-book,” said Eva
He also added that the community and social service areas of each student can certainly present interesting data. “Hopefully students can also learn from the experience of community service in their respective regions,” he added.
In the workshop, he explained the technique of preparing KKN results reports according to the KKN PPM UIN Jakarta 2017 report guidelines. It is known that the results of KKN reports were published as books with ISBN after after being edited by their respective KKN supervisors.
Meanwhile, Deden Maulidarajat emphasized the importance of a month-long KKN process to be included in the report. In addition to being documentary evidence, reports can also contain interesting field findings that can be used by many people.
“The requirements for KKN output are books, videos & journal articles, as evidence and documentation of activities that have been carried out by students during KKN. What happens in the field needs to be properly recorded, so it becomes new and interesting information for readers and the general public,” said Deden. (df/zm/usa)
