PLHBH UIN Jakarta Holds FGD on Asset Dispute Resolution

Hotel Nemuru, UIN News Online – The Center for Public Relations and Legal Aid (LP2M) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully organized a Workshop Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Asset Dispute Resolution Based on Regulations and Legal Decisions. The event, held over three days from Wednesday to Friday, June 12-14, 2024, at Hotel Nemuru, South Tangerang, and attended by several high-ranking officials and experts in law and asset management.

The workshop aimed to strengthen participants' understanding and skills regarding the relevant regulations and legal decisions in resolving asset disputes within UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The activity was expected to provide insights and practical solutions in addressing various legal issues related to university assets.

In his address, Prof. Dr. Imam Subchi, M.A., emphasized the importance of understanding regulations and legal decisions in asset management. "This workshop is a strategic step to ensure that UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta can manage its assets in accordance with applicable laws, thereby effectively resolving asset disputes," said Prof. Imam.

Muhammad Ishar Helmi, S.Sy., SH. M.H., also highlighted the workshop's objective to enhance human resource capacity within the university environment to confront and resolve asset disputes. "We hope that participants can implement the knowledge gained in asset management within their respective institutions," he added.

The workshop featured experienced speakers who presented on the fundamentals of asset law, analysis of related regulations, dispute resolution techniques through legal channels, and case studies of relevant legal decisions. Interactive discussions and real-case analyses provided valuable insights and new knowledge for participants.

The successful organization of the Asset Dispute Resolution FGD Workshop demonstrates UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta's commitment to improving the quality of asset management and human resources within the university environment.
