PGMI FITK UIN Jakarta receives an assessment from BAN-PT
Rectorate, UIN News Online – The National Accreditation Board for Higher Education or BAN-PT conducts the study program accreditation process starting today, Wednesday (03/24/2021), to Friday (03/26/2021) for Primary School Teachers Education (PGMI) study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training Sciences (FITK) UIN Jakarta.
Dean of FITK UIN Jakarta Sururin in her remarks revealed that revealed that this re-accreditation process was proposed as part of improving the quality of education. "In order to maintain the academic quality offered, we are proposing re-accreditation," said Sururin.
Sururin also expressed his appreciation to the BAN-PT assessors (Muhammad Saerozi from IAIN Salatiga and Ocih Setiasih from UPI Bandung) who had scheduled an online assessment process following the health protocol during the Covid 19 pandemic. “Hopefully this assessment process will run smoothly without any obstacles,” she hoped.
UIN Jakarta Chancellor Prof. Dr. Hj. Amany Lubis, who had the opportunity to attend the assessment process, also hoped that the activity could run well and produce a superior accreditation ranking. "Because, this study program is a study program that is in great demand by many prospective students so that academic quality is a prerequisite that must be met," he said.

It is known that the PGMI Study Program is one of the many study programs offered by FITK UIN Jakarta such as the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Arabic Language Education Study Program, Biology Education Study Program and others.
