OKP Promotes Integrated Employment Services
Main Conference Room, UIN NEWS Online - In order to provide convenience for all employees within UIN Jakarta (Educators and Education Personnel) in managing various staffing services, then the Organization, Personnel and Legislation (OKP) section of the Public Administration and Personnel Bureau (AUK) UIN Jakarta held an In-Office Meeting (RDK) with the theme of Building Integrated Rector's Employment Service with the Faculty, on Wednesday (29/08), at the Main Meeting Room, Campus I, UIN Jakarta.
This was stated by the Head of the Organization, Personnel and Legislation Section (OKP) of the Public Administration and Personnel Bureau (AUK) of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta, Ir Yarsi Berlianti on the sidelines of the meeting.
According to Yarsi, this was motivated by the many difficulties of lecturers and administrative staff in taking care of their various interests such as updating SIMPEG, promotion / retirement services, Increase in Professors, NIDN, NIDK and NUP services, Learning Task Services (TUBEL) and Study Permits (IBEL), leave, BPJS services, Mutations, Rector SK / KPA SK services, absenteeism governance, organizational and management services and so on, so it is necessary to simplify a faster, more efficient and cheaper service system. Therefore, OKP continues to improve its service system by utilizing IT so that all services are attempted to be online or paperless.
Also present at the meeting, Planning and Financial Bureau Chief (PK Bureau), Drs Subarja MPd, Head of the General Administration Subdivision of all faculties and staff in OKP.
In his remarks, Subarja said that simplification of IT services and utilization has become a necessity to facilitate all services at UIN Jakarta. The initiative carried out by OKP should be appreciated and supported by all officials within the Jakarta UIN.
"In particular, I request the entire Head of Public Administration Subdivision in all faculties to be more active in reminding lecturers and administrative staff to take care of their various interests," said Subarja.
In the same place, Head of Subdivision of Personnel, Ahmadi SAP MSi said that all OKP services can be seen on OKP's Website, which is OKP with the address http://okp.uinjkt.ac.id/. All of these service innovations are expected to improve the quality of human resources of all UIN stakeholders in order to become world-class university (WCU). (usa)
