New normal, Rector Amany Lubis inspects the faculties

Rectorate, UIN News Online – Rector of UIN Jakarta did a sudden inspection to the faculties and Graduate School of UIN Jakarta on Monday (06/15/2020). Inspections are carried out to see the situation regarding the implementation of the first day of work for employees in the new normal during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the inspection, the Rector met with a number of staff and faculty leaders. In addition, she also saw how the faculties and institutions at UIN Jakarta made preparations in implementing the new normal order.

In her observation, Rector considered that all faculties and institutions at UIN Jakarta were ready with the new order. Many health protocols were applied, for example wearing masks during work, keeping a safe distance, and providing hand washing equipment with soap or hand sanitizer.

“Currently, UIN Jakarta campus is still in a transition period and is making adjustments to the employee's work system,” said Rector.

Amany Lubis also hopes that the Covid-19 pandemic will end soon so that activities on campus can return to normal.

For information, starting Monday (06/15/2020), the UIN Jakarta campus is again enlivened by employees. They returned to work after the Chancellor of UIN Jakarta issued Circular letter Number B-1264 / R / HK.007 / 6/2020 concerning the Adjustment of the UIN Jakarta Work System in the New Normal Order. The circular letter allows employees to do work from office (WFO), but with some adjustments, such as maintaining employee health and safety. (usa/ns)
