New normal, ASN of UIN Jakarta are returning to the office

Rectorate, UIN News Online – As from Tuesday (07/07/2020), all state civil apparatus (ASN) of UIN Jakarta are returning to the office. However, the transition period will still be evaluated and take into account the regional situation.

This was stated by the press release of UIN Jakarta Public Relations office received by UIN NEWS Online, Monday (07/07/2020). ASN's decision to return the office was determined based by the Rector Circular Letter Number B-1420 / R / HK.00.7 / 7/2020 dated July 6, 2020.

“All employees return to the office as usual in accordance with the applicable working hours while maintaining the health protocol in their daily activities at the office,” said the letter.

These provisions apply to all ASNs. As for the stipulated working hours, ASN works normally from Monday-Thursday at 07.30-16.00 WIB and Friday at 07.30-16.30 WIB and rests at 12.00-13.00 WIB and Friday at 11.30-13.00 WIB.

As is known, since the beginning of March 2020 teaching and learning activities at the UIN Jakarta campus were stopped following the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak throughout Indonesia, while lecture activities were carried out remotely (distance learning).

In addition to stopping the process of teaching and learning activities, all ASNs are asked to work from home (WFH). However, during WFH, the presence of ASN is still enforced by online presence and reporting on WFH activities at the end of every month. (usa/ns)
