MORA Donates Computers to 18 Student organizations

Diorama Room, UIN News Online – Indonesia’s Ministry of Religious Affair (MORA) through UIN Jakarta donated personal computer (PCs) to 18 student organizations, Friday (08/02/2019) at diorama room, campus I of UIN Jakarta. The assistance was symbolically handed over by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis to three student organizations, namely the Student Council, Student Senate, and Scouts of UIN Jakarta.

Also present in the event, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Masri Mansoer, Vice Rector for Cooperation Andi Faisal Bakti, AAKK Bureau Chief Khairunnas, and Head of General Affairs Division Edy Suandi.

Rector in her remarks said that the assistance was a proof of the great attention of the Ministry of Religious Affairs to student organizations in state Islamic religious colleges (PTKIN), especially UIN Jakarta.

“Hopefully this assistance can be useful in developing the interests, talents, and creativity,” said Rector.

Meanwhile, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Masri Mansoer stressed that the assistance was a mandate from the Ministry of Religion for UIN Jakarta. Therefore, Masri hopes that the students can maintain and take good care of the PCs. (usa/ns)
