Minister for Foreign Affairs to deliver a speech at the 111th Graduation Ceremony

Rectorate, UIN News Online – Indonesian Minister for Foreign Affairs Retno Lestari Priansari Marsudi is scheduled to deliver a speech at the 111th UIN Jakarta Graduation Ceremony on Sunday (02/24/2019) at Harun Nasution Auditorium, campus I of UIN Jakarta. Retno will talk about religious moderation and Indonesia's foreign policy.

According to Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis, this is Retno's first visit to UIN Jakarta, she will deliver a speech about the improvement of religious moderation which has become the "new mission" of UIN Jakarta. “This is inline with the mission of UIN Jakarta and the current theme of graduation ceremony, which is to become the center of world religious moderation,” said Rector.

Rector also said, the presence of Foreign Minister will give positive impact to UIN Jakarta. According to the schedule, Retno will deliver her speech at 09.00 AM.

For information, the 111th graduation ceremony will inaugurate 1141 graduates from 12 Faculties and UIN Jakarta Graduate School (SPs) on Saturday-Sunday, (February 23-24,2019). (usa)
